What do we get for participating?
Participating organizations receive an electronic copy of the final report for $100, a savings of $325.
What does the data collection process look like?
Each participating organization receives an Excel or CSV data collection template to complete at their convenience. Once data entry is finished, the completed file is securely returned to LMI for direct import into our system.
Using this Excel/CSV process allows LMI to import your data efficiently, helping to minimize the time and effort required for data collection and submission while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
If you prefer to enter your data manually, simply let us know and we will provide secure login credentials for direct data entry.
What if the organization has multiple locations?
If your system has multiple hospitals or locations a separate data collection form must be completed for each location. Each participating location is individually eligible for the discounted final report.
Who needs to be involved in data collection?
Data collection can include as many or as few as you would like. Multiple people can have access to the online site and/or the excel/CSV form(s) can be shared.
How long does data collection take?
It is reported that data collection can take anywhere from 4 to 40 hours. The amount of time is based on the number of people helping to collect the information.
How many questions do we need to answer?
This is a voluntary survey; we ask that participants answer all questions that they can, however there is not requirement.
Do we need to provide unit specific data?
We do ask that all participants provide unit specific data for as many units as possible, to receive the discounted electronic copy.
What unit types are accepted?
All unit types are accepted. Nursing, non-nursing, ancillary, lab, pharmacy, etc. LMI does require at least 4 units per unit type to publish the results.
