Course Description

Target Participants: Central Staffing or Resource Office Leaders, Analysts, and Directors of Operations.

This 3-day evidence-based program (theory and application) concentrates on the strategies for developing the operational structure and FTEs to support the staffing/resource office and float pool(s).  This program will help you develop the business case necessary to finance the pool size and scope of service.  You will learn about reports to optimize service delivery and shared accountability across all units/departments that are supported.

Prerequisite: Clinical Staffing and Scheduling Certification©

This program can be offered at your location. Group pricing is available upon request.

Provider Approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 15142 for 21 contact hours. Participants will receive a Clinical Resource Leader Certificate© upon completing this program.

 

 

LMI Reserves the right to transfer all registrations to another date if the minimum class size of eight- (8) attendees is unmet 6- weeks prior to the course program date. Registrations may be transferred to another person at your organization. Upon request vendors or consulting companies may request onsite programs for their staff. All registrants MUST be working within a Healthcare System at the time of the class. Cancellations prior to 6-weeks of the program date will be assessed a $250.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 to 5 weeks of the program date are non-refundable. Lunches & program materials included. Transportation, lodging, all other expenses are additional.
