Course Description

Target Participants:  Unit level managers and any other positions responsible for budgeting and/or employee scheduling. Human Resource, Finance and Service Line Leaders are encouraged to attend.

This 4-day evidence-based program (theory and application) concentrates on the essential skills necessary to develop, manage, evaluate, and optimize scheduling and staffing in alignment with FTE budgets, position control, and regulatory requirements.  Learn how to build and defend budgets and positions when meeting with senior leaders, finance and/or productivity committees.

This program can be offered at your location. Group pricing is available upon request.

Provider Approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 15142 for 24.5 contact hours. Participants will receive a Clinical Staffing and Scheduling Certificate© upon completing this program.

 

 

LMI Reserves the right to transfer all registrations to another date if the minimum class size of eight- (8) attendees is unmet 6- weeks prior to the course program date. Registrations may be transferred to another person at your organization. Upon request vendors or consulting companies may request onsite programs for their staff. All registrants MUST be working within a Healthcare System at the time of the class. Cancellations prior to 6-weeks of the program date will be assessed a $250.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 to 5 weeks of the program date are non-refundable. Lunches & program materials included. Transportation, lodging, all other expenses are additional.
